Copy To Storage
Place the xblVariant folder on HDD1 or USB0 so DashLaunch can read the plugin path every boot.
Set DashLaunch Plugin
Open DashLaunch, set the plugin slot to your xblVariant path, then save launch.ini to your active device.
Restart And Verify
Reboot, wait for authentication, then confirm your console appears online in the dashboard statistics.
Hangs on boot
Confirm the plugin path is correct and the file exists on that device.
Won’t connect online
Verify network works (wired/WiFi) and that your dashboard is 17559.
Plugin not loading
Try moving files to HDD instead of USB and re-save DashLaunch settings.
